PAYMENT
We use PayPal to provide more security to our customers. PayPal protects your financial information with industry-leading security and fraud prevention systems.
SHIPPING:
Orders should be processed the next business day. Allow at least 7-10 business days for delivery. Please allow 48 hours for shipment confirmation email and tracking information to become available online.
We do our best to keep stock inventory update, if for any reason your item is not available, we will contact you with other options.
We are working in updating our 2012 inventory so we can provide you faster and better customer service on your orders, we hope to have it completely updated by March 31st 2012.
SPECIAL OFFERS:
If you have an offer code, you will be prompted to enter it in a box at the top of the payment at checkout.
RETURNS:
We are happy to help you with a return or exchange if you are not happy with your items. You will need to contact us to request a RETURN AUTHORIZATION please e-mail us at info@lingeriedeamor.com for faster processing. Shipping charges are not refundable, plus will be a 10% charge for re stocking fee.
All items must be clean and unworn with all tags attached. All pre-packaged items must be returned in original packaging. Federal Law required for health reasons that panties attached to lingerie should NOT be return.
CANCELATION POLICY
After 24 hours of placing an order you decide to cancel your order, a 15% will be Charge for re stocking fee
